Miscalleneous ramblings
Always look both ways when crossing the road. When you are sure (as sure as you can be) the path is clear, look forward, never back. If you look back, don't complain if you end up missing what is in front of you. Travel as much as you can, if you can't travel fantasise, if you can't travel or fantasise read a book, if you can't travel fantasise or read listen to music, but whatever you do know that there is always another way. Don't trust people who tell you there is always another way and only follow one path. Welcome what you don't know, fear of the unkown is fear of nothing. If you choose to fear, allow it to consume you, to force you to face it, or if you can't bring yourself to face it, to run from it without looking back. See how circles work. Did you know that stress about what food you eat releases a toxin which is more fattening then the food you eat? So eat well, and if you do treat yourself, enjoy it and forget about it. Give to charity what you can. If you have nothing to give, give yourself, if that can't be done, don't beat yourself up about it, charity is not possible for everyone. If you can afford to give and choose not to, make sure the choice is for reasons you believe to be right. What is the difference between then and than? Political correctness is morally unsound. A reluctance to offend someone based on appearance or religion means separating people along racial lines, which is in itself racist. Equality is the ability to dislike someone because he or she is an idiot. When entering into an argument be prepared to change your mind. Most arguments, especially political ones, are nothing more then (or than) a collection of monologues, which never resolve anything. People who allow themselves to change their point of view are seen as weak, but they are the ones who have the ability to change the world. Open yourself up to outside influences, but don't let outside influences dictate who you are. If you enjoy a particular style of writing, don't be fooled into thinking that that is your style of writing, sometimes your greatest influences are your greatest hindrance. If work is something to do in order to live, then allowing work to control your life defeats the purpose. Listen to those who are passionate about what they do, they can make the mundane seem interesting because they do not see it as mundane. Mundane is a matter of opinion. Falling in love is continuous motion, it is a living energy that changes with you, it grows inside you and lets you breath. I am forever falling in love. Don't believe anything anybody ever says unless you believe it to be true.
